Our busy lives make eating well on a daily basis increasingly hard. Long working hours, difficult commutes, after school sports.... the list goes on and on.

Meal Village was founded with the mission to make eating well simple! We know you have to make choices and we are here to provide you a nutritious and delicious choices that's convenient and affordable.

All prices are discounted based on a minimum 24 hours advance ordering; regular price for same-day ordering. Our menus change every day and are set seven days in advance for early ordering.

Please keep in mind that our limited small-batch cooking some items will sell out. Be sure to order early to secure your favorites and save money!

No, Meal Village requires no minimum order, subscriptions or contracts of any kind. You can order as often as you want, whenever you want. It's not technically a meal plan, but the convenience of ordering whenever you want can make it easy to stay consistent!

Nope, totally free. We are not a subscription service and don't charge fees of any kind. You can just create an account and order whenever you want.

Our menu is available online and on our IOS and ANDROID apps. You can view and order dinner up to a seven days in advance or order up until noon for same-day dinner delivery to your door! The menu changes daily so there will always be something new for you to try.

At Meal Village, we want you to be able to place your order whenever it is best for you. We accept orders up to seven days in advance as well as same day orders placed by 12noon.

Nope, we know you're busy! During order checkout you will be provided an option to have your delivery left at your door. Select "Leave at the Door" and add any special comment you have for us in the notes section.

Yes, if your office is located within our delivery area we will happily deliver your dinner to your office.

Once placed, dinner orders are considered final. If you have any questions or entered information incorrectly that needs fixing, please contact us at support@mealvillage.com or (888) 610-2232 and we'll be happy to help resolve any issues.

Delivery fee varies between $3.50 and $5.25 based on zipcode that is calculated and displayed during order checkout.

Hub Delivery provides FREE DELIVERY to a centralized drop off location. Meal Village works with our partner clients to establish HUBs at the office, gym and other convenient locations so that you can grab your fresh dinner as you begin your route home. At Meal Village our culinary team is comprised of fine dining trained chefs, all with a mix of both catering, nutrition and restaurant education and experience. Our team comes from many cultural backgrounds, allowing us to entice our customers with dishes from around the world.

The Meal Village culinary team cooks in a 2,500 square foot commercial production kitchen located in Naperville, Illinois. Our kitchen is certified and inspected regularly by the Department of Health.

We work with local distributors to source the best ingredients we can find. They are the same suppliers that provide other fine dining establishments in the Chicagoland area with produce, dry goods, meat, and seafood as well. We require all of our providers to be able to trace the ingredients back to its source and adhere to nationally recognized sustainability practices.

We include ingredients on our website and mobile app for each meal we make. Simply click on the menu item photo for further detail and look for the "Ingredients" link below each menu option. A full library of our menu items with ingredients can also be located here.

We label each meal on our website and mobile app with the specific ingredients used in the meal. We use the recommended procedures to avoid cross-contamination within our facility. However, we cannot guarantee that any meal is completely free of a specific allergen.

Our meals are prepared from scratch each day and delivered to your door freshly chilled. If you would like to stock up your fridge to ensure you always have some meals on hand, you can definitely do that as long as the meals are kept refrigerated (or frozen). Below is a quick reference chart that you can use to ensure that your meals remain safe and delicious.

Unfortunately, we cannot take special requests on any of our meals. To be able to offer our service at our current prices, we cannot offer any customization. However, if you would like to see something different on the menu in the future please let us know at comments@mealvillage.com.

We are working on making both calorie counts and nutritional information available soon. We aim for our meals to be between 600-800 calories for a well-rounded and filling meal.
